From an early age, I was encouraged to maintain an active lifestyle, which led me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and develop a strong understanding of human movement, health, and physical function. I further expanded my expertise by becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with a focus on safe and effective exercise programming.
My passion for working with older adults grew during my part-time experience in a senior living community, where I gained firsthand insight into the physical, emotional, and functional changes that accompany aging. I recognize that every individual ages differently, and I am committed to providing personalized fitness programs that support mobility, balance, strength, and independence. My goal is to help older adults improve their overall well-being, maintain confidence in daily activities, and enjoy a higher quality of life.
